J.P. Goodwin is an award winning artist with degrees in fine arts and residential design and has been a professional artist for over 40 years. She is represented in galleries in Marblehead, MA and North Conway, NH and in collections in Texas, Georgia, Colorado and California. J.P. is a member of the Swampscott Arts Association and the Marblehead Arts Association in Massachusetts and the Mt. Washington Valley Arts Association in New Hampshire.

A noted local artist, J.P. is also an in-demand art teacher. Her class on "Everyone Can Draw" is a popular attraction at the Marblehead Massachusetts Community Center. The five week basic drawing class is for beginners or for the experienced person who'd like a refersher course in composition, line form and perspective. J.P. has taught students from five to 85 and staunchly maintains that everyone really can draw!
